The Design Team is committed to providing the strongest core product integration architecture in the telephone switches for integrating with the PC and industry standard CTI applications. Panasonic Telephone Systems can provide the link to Microsoft TAPI software applications for the desktop as well as Novell ISAPI applications for LAN environments. For more sophisticated software applications Panasonic DBS also provides a proprietary PAPI (Panasonic Applications Processing Interface) link. This CTI link expands the standard CTI command set to include unique private commands that take advantage of the Phone System's unique feature set.
