Easy View Display Panasonic's best digital phone, the KX-T7235 has a TV-screen-shaped pop-up LCD panel that adjusts to a comfortable viewing angle. The display is BIG, with six lines of up to 24 characters each, and can show alphabetical name directories of system speed dialing and individual-phone speed dialing, and even the last five numbers you called. You can dial anyone or any place shown on the display, by tapping just one button without selectinga line or activating the speakerphone first. Extensive Memory Numbers in memory can be programmed to use specific lines, groups of lines, or any line available. Three buttons below the screen are "context-sensitive." Their functions change to reflect what you are doing, such as changing programming, scrolling though a memory-dialing list or adjusting the contrast of your display screen. Quick And Easy Reference The display will be a big help on that inevitable day when you need a seldom-used feature and can't find the manual. Just press a button next to "Features," and you'll probably find what you need. The "Call Log" display of five most-recently dialed numbers is a great tool for a short-term project where you are repeatedly calling several people, but don't want to put their numbers in permanent memory. The log is very handy, too. If you've been unable to reach someone, or forgot to write down a phone number, and want to go back and see what number you dialed, sort of like a transaction report on a fax machine.
